Delivery fees in our delivery zones varies between $10.00 - $25.00.

Deliveries Within San Luis Obispo

Orders for delivery in San Luis Obispo with zip codes 93401, 93405, or to Cal Poly campus zip codes of 93407 and 93410 must be received before 12:00 p.m. for same-day-delivery. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be delivered on the next business day.  Please call our shop directly if you missed our deadline of 12:00 p.m. but still would like same-day-delivery. We will be happy to accomodate if we are able to do so.

Deliveries to Cal Poly Campus

Cal Poly requires us to deliver to the dorm post offices, and not directly to the dorm rooms. Therefore, we can only deliver after the post offices open, which is after 12pm Monday-Friday. We will contact the student to let them know that they have a delivery waiting for them at their post office. 

Deliveries to Zip Codes Outside Our Local Delivery Areas 

Orders for delivery outside our local delivery zones must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day-delivery.  Orders received after 11:00 a.m. may have to be delivered the flollowing business day. 

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Rural route addresses.

When the Recipient is Not at the Address Given

For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangment at the reicipient's door if the area is secure, and call or text the recipient to inform them about the delivery. We may also choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or the manager and attach a note on the recipient's door as well as text  or call them stating who accepted the ararngement on their behalf.  If these options are not possible we will attempt to call the sender to see what they would like us to do.  If we cannot reach the sender or the recipient we will leave a note at the door for them to call us back and  arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or pick up. 

For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there and is due to return that day, we will leave the flowers there with a signature of the person accepting the flowers.  If the business is closed and if we are not able to reach the recipient  we will contact the sender and attempt the delivery on the next business day.  

For Hospital deliveries, if the recipient has already been released we'll contact the sender and schedule a delivery to their residence if the recipient lives within our local delivery area. 

In order to avoid delays, please make sure the recipient's information is accurate and complete.  This would include the apartment or space number, and if it's a business the business name, suite number if needed, and most especially a current cell phone number. 

Floral Order Delivery Times

We are unable to guarantee deliveries for specific times of the day, but we can usually deliver on the same day for all orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.  We can usually accomodate morning or afternoon deliveries. If you have a preference and let us know in the special instructions sections.  For same day deliveries, a.m. deliveries are not possible.  Please call the store if you would like to request guaranteed specific delivery time for an additional fee.  Deliveries outside our local San Luis Obispo zip codes of 93401 and 93405 will generally be delivered in the afternoons with the exception of funeral services.

We are unable to guarantee deliveries for specific times of day for Valentine's Day week, Monther's Day Week, Christmas! We only guarantee that it will be there on the day we promised.  

We are closed and unable to deliver on Saturdays and Sundays except for funeral services.
